Why Us
Coaching is an indispensable requirement needed for top-producing business owners, but for many, coaching might be perceived as an ambiguous universe or luxury expense. Joline and I have been beneficiaries of coaching, and to this day, we are constantly learning, innovating, adapting, and improving. When we launched our company in 2015, it was tough, and we had to work incredibly hard to build a sustainable structure around our business and protect our most valuable assets(owners and residents).
The property management industry is bereft of coaches who have experiential knowledge, a proven track record, and the relevant experience to help property managers run their businesses and build bulletproof systems—acquiring doors, building a team, or launching a new website aren’t the only prerequisites for success in property management. It takes more than that, and we are best placed to provide uncommon value to you.
Our coaching methods are not ordinary. Business doesn’t compartmentalize perfectly in a little box, and neither does our coaching. We believe in a perfect balance between the business owner, leadership team, relationships, and business operations. Each of these entities is tethered together, and they are a reflection of one another. If your focus and your leadership team’s focus aren’t right, it will affect your entire business, if you build wrong relationships and associations, it will affect your business, and if you treat your focus and time poorly, it will reflect on your property management business. We know for a fact that total immersion and focus on your business doesn’t always work.
The Coaches
2015 was a decisive year for Joline and I. We left our partners at our previous property management firm over stylistic differences and decided to start our own property management company. This decision led to the realization of one of our greatest accomplishments, Authority Property Management Inc. Starting a property management company was an audacious move that required commitment, competence, resilience, and an insane amount of hard work. Our dedication and strength in the small differences we make defined our business model. With a staff strength of 10, we were able to build a property management portfolio of over 1200 properties in a town of 90,000 residents. More so, our value differentiator and approach to business set us apart, and as a result, we won “Best of the North State” for Property Management Company.
Joline and I are both licensed California Real Estate Brokers and have over 32 years of combined experience. It is this experience, attention to detail, and passion for our clients and staff that has set the tone for our business as well as our personal lives.
We value education, but above all, we understand the importance of acquiring experiential knowledge and relevant experience. We have grown our property management company into a successful entity, and we felt the need to make something impactful out of this experience. Sharing the knowledge and experience we have acquired in property management will be of tremendous value to you.
As property management coaches, we talk to a lot of property management coaches, property managers, and residential landlords who are stressed out, exhausted, and wondering why they are working so many hours but accomplishing so little in that time. Employees have needs, clients have needs, and you’re so busy running from task to task that you forget to put aside the time you need to nurture your business or make meaningful decisions. It’s nearly impossible to keep up with your day, we have been there, and we certainly know that you started this business because you wanted to create a life of freedom and abundance where you can be your own boss and help other people succeed.
